The nose is vibrant with rich, brooding layers of red fruits, game and dried herb aromas. Some char and chocolate aromas are evident from maturation in French oak barriques.
The palate is typical of Central Otago Pinot Noir, this wine is a vibrant assortment of sweet red and dark fruit flavours coupled with savoury fruit tannins from well ripened fruit and well seasoned oak.
