Tasting Notes:
Cesare Pisano arrived in 1914 and today his descendents produce some of Uruguays finest wines. All production is artisan and hand crafted with tiny annual volumes of about only 25,000 cases. This fabulous dry and aromatic white has spice and fruit notes combined with generous flowery aromas of apple and pear blossom. Reminiscence of figs and citrus on the palate all balanced by a delicious tangy acidity and a long finish.

Great with Thai cuisine, grilled sea bream and steam oriental vegetables such a pok choi.

Alcohol: 13%
