The parcels, at the origin of Granfort Sauvignon Blanc, are located in Languedoc-Roussillon. The vineyards are situated very close to the Mediterranean sea and it is the breeze coming off the sea at night that cools the grapes and lets them relax. The grapes are harvested during the night at the lowest temperatures. After de-stemming and crushing, the clearest juice ferments at low temperature. The process extracts and keeps the best varietal aromas of Sauvignon Blanc.
