Bright yellow pale color with golden glints. The nose is very pure with strong floral aromas (hawthorn blossom). There is a very nice harmony between vanilla notes, ripe fruits (white peach) and silex. The mouth is very elegant and is very rich and harmonious with a balance between freshness, minerality and length.

Producer

The key to top quality Burgundy is the skill of the producer and here its talented winemaker Nathalie (former winemaker at La Chablissiene) who crafts outstanding examples from this famous region. She married Gilles Fevre a son of the William Fevre Dynasty, whose vineyards are renowned for the production of some of the finest wines in the region. This is a winning combination and they have received many accolades for their wines.Great believers in letting the grapes `do the talking` with as little intervention as possible this ensures that the wines express a natural `terroir` . The result is a wonderful growers Chablis. A real gem!

Food

A good aperitif and complement to oysters, shellfish, and grilled fish and with regional Burgundian food like parsley ham, coq au vin or cheeses.

Awards

Four star rating in Decenter Magazine December 2008.
