Tasting Notes:
Dry and medium bodied, perfectly ripe grapes have given this wine a pronounced fresh aroma and an excellent balance of mouth filling green apple and melon fruit with an unusual white pepper-like spice. A good long finish that has a refreshing citrus tang. Cepage 33% Fernao Pires 33% Arinto 33% Chardonnay.

Excellent on its own or with Mediterranean food, or with dishes such as lemon chicken, creamy pasta and white fish.

Alcohol: 13%
