Tasting Notes:
The local hero, 40 year old Carignan vines, from rare and forgotton Languedoc vineyards have produced this ripe and concentrated wine. A deep ruby colour with an alluring nose of ripe strawberry and dark cherry, it is supple with ripe fruit and very light tannins.

This well flavoured red will match grilled meats, steak, casseroles and game and ripe cheeses.

Alcohol: 12.5%

This wine is a staff favourite! Very juicy and perfect for when you want something that's rich in flavour but not too heavy.
