The ‘Brunello’ clone of Sangiovese produces Tuscany’s most intense and famed red wine. Powerful and assertive in character, complex with mineral, leather, truffle and orange peel nuances, and is robust and full-bodied on the palate.

Matches well with rich meat and game dishes and aged cheeses.

Decanter Five Star Brunello!

2004 was one of the greatest vintages on record for Brunello so Donatella Colombin's wine was always going to be up against stiff competition. However, the tasting panel made up of such notables as Steven Spurrier gave it a 5 star rating.

Should be good to drink right about now.
